This Privacy Policy describes how Cipher Wrap Sandbox (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our mobile application on Android. The App is published by Vasa Serafin.

On-device wrap. Wrap and unwrap run on the device. We persist only the last wrapped blob. We do not store plaintext or your passphrase. Local only. This row does not send messages or open rooms.

Information we process

Last wrapped blob — stored on-device in app-private preferences. Plaintext and passphrase are not written to disk.
Purchase status — Google Play confirms No Ads (INAPP com.vasaserafin.e2eechat.noads or SUBS com.vasaserafin.e2eechat.noadssub). We store a local entitlement flag only.
Advertising — Google AdMob uses the Android Advertising ID, device information and ad interaction data per Google’s Privacy Policy. A banner may show on menu, wrap, and settings; a full-screen ad may show on first open and after hard-coded action counts (every 5th wrap). UMP consent is requested before ads.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information.
We do not upload your message or passphrase to our servers.
We do not require a cloud account.
We do not send messages or open rooms in this version.

Retention and deletion

Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes the last wrapped blob and settings. Ad partners and the Play Store may retain purchase or ad data under their own policies.

Advertising, consent and analytics

This is one free app supported by ads from Google AdMob, with an optional remove-ads purchase through Google Play. AdMob uses the Android Advertising ID and device information (for example device model, OS version and app version) to serve ads, to limit how often you see the same ad (frequency capping) and to prevent fraud. AdMob’s certified ad partners may receive data through AdMob for the same purposes. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

For users in the EEA and UK, the app shows the Google consent form (Google User Messaging Platform, UMP) before any ad request, and you can change your choice later. Analytics. This app contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK (no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics). The only data sent to third parties for ads is the AdMob data described above.

This web page. The website this policy is hosted on uses Google Analytics for page-view statistics, subject to the consent banner on the site (see the policy index).
