Solodoku Sudoku — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Solodoku Sudoku (package com.vasaserafin.solodoku) is an offline Sudoku game
by Vasa Serafin. This policy explains the only data that leaves your device. The app has no
accounts and no sign-in; your puzzles and scores stay on your device.
What the app sends or receives
- Advertising (Google AdMob). The free game shows a banner ad on the
menu screen and, at natural breaks only (never mid-puzzle), an occasional full-page ad.
AdMob may use your advertising ID and app-interaction data to select and measure ads, only
after you answer the consent dialog shown on first launch. You can revisit or change that
choice any time via "Privacy options" in the app's Settings.
- Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics). Anonymous usage events (screens
viewed, features used) help improve the game, subject to the same consent. Google Mobile Ads may also collect approximate location (from the IP address), device identifiers and app performance data for ads, analytics and fraud prevention.
- Integrity check (Google Play Integrity). The app may ask Google Play to confirm that it was installed from Google Play, to prevent fraud. No personal data is sent by the app for this.
- Purchases (Google Play Billing). Two optional products remove ads: a one-time purchase (
com.vasaserafin.solodoku.noadspermanent) and a monthly subscription (com.vasaserafin.solodoku.noads), which you can cancel at any time in Google Play. Both are processed entirely by Google Play. The app only reads the purchase state to remember
that ads are removed (it asks Google Play whether either one is active). No card or financial data reaches the app.
What the app never does
- No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.
- No user accounts, no profiles, no direct marketing.
- No selling of data to third parties.
Your choices and data deletion
- Ads personalization/consent: Settings → "Privacy options" (shown when
required), or your Android advertising ID settings.
- On-device data: all puzzles, scores and settings live in the app's
private storage; Android's Settings → Apps → Solodoku Sudoku → Clear data deletes
everything permanently.
- Other requests: contact the support address on the Play Store listing
and your request will be actioned.
Children
The game is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
