Card Games Privacy Policy

Card Games (Spider, Klondike and Card War, with an optional RPG layer: levels, XP, talents, spells and mana) keeps your games, progress, settings and table colour on the device. No account is needed. We do not sell personal information. The games are for entertainment only; there is no betting and no real-money or prize play.

Ads, purchase and network use

Ads. This free app shows Google AdMob ads: a banner on game screens, a full-screen ad between games (every 3rd game by default; you can set it from every 1st to every 5th game in Settings), and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch.
No Ads purchase. One optional one-time product, com.vasaserafin.spidersolitaire.noads, sold and processed by Google Play Billing, removes ads. It unlocks nothing else; every game feature is free. Google Play handles payment; the app stores only a local entitlement flag.
Ad-block check. To tell whether ads are blocked, the app occasionally requests Google’s standard connectivity check and the ad hosts. No personal data is sent with it.
Online scores and coins. Not active in this version. Nothing is sent to our servers.

Advertising, consent and analytics

This is one free app supported by ads from Google AdMob, with an optional remove-ads purchase through Google Play. AdMob uses the Android Advertising ID and device information (for example device model, OS version and app version) to serve ads, to limit how often you see the same ad (frequency capping) and to prevent fraud. AdMob’s certified ad partners may receive data through AdMob for the same purposes. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

For users in the EEA and UK, the app shows the Google consent form (Google User Messaging Platform, UMP) before any ad request, and you can change your choice later. Data shared by the ads SDK. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the device IP address (used to estimate general location), app interactions, diagnostics and device identifiers (advertising ID, app set ID) for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, encrypted in transit (TLS). Analytics. This app includes Google Analytics for Firebase, which may collect an app-instance identifier, app-open and basic usage information and device details in aggregate. It does not use Crashlytics.

This web page. The website this policy is hosted on uses Google Analytics for page-view statistics, subject to the consent banner on the site (see the policy index).

Who is responsible, and applicable law
